The Annual Charity Yacht Regatta
A major fundraising event held each March, organised jointly by the Rotary Clubs of Howick and Half Moon Bay
The target is to “sell” fifty yachts to Corporate or individual groups, who enjoy a fun day of yacht racing on the Waitamata Harbour
Crews sail with experienced Skippers, with the level of involvement left up to the individual
Some take it seriously, others just take it easy and enjoy a day out on the water
