Thank you for coming along to our meeting on Tuesday which turned out to be a very interesting evening.
We had three great students from Howick College (Jus, Isabella and Gurjot) who spoke very well on their experiences at MUNA and RYPEN. It's things like this make me glad that I joined Rotary.Thank you Mike for bringing them along and you John for introducing them.
We are continually tweaking and improving our new venue, it’s really a trial and error thing but we will get there in the end.
Thank you to Geoff and the social committee who are well underway with our Charter Night arrangements which I am really looking forward to.
It was good to see our Sergeant Madeleine in action which brings a bit of fun, trepidation and lustre to the evening.
Thank you Geoff for doing the copy for the Keyway and I look forward to seeing you all at our Club meeting on Tuesday the 27th.
Tonight we were pleased to welcome a number of students from Howick College who had attended Rotary organised programmes MUNA (Model United Nations Assembly) and RYPEN (Rotary Youth Programme of Enrichment).
A joint Foundation and International Service Information Service evening is to be held on Wednesday 4th September 2019 at the KOLMAR Centre, Papatoetoe.
