We urgently seek some more help from members, partners, and friends with duties at this show.
DUTIES ARE:
PARKING MARSHALS from 7.30am to 9.00am and 3.00pm to 4.00pm
ERRECTING OUR MARQUEE and HELPING ON THE BBQ from 9.00am to 4.00pm
HELPING WITH A GOLD COIN COLLECTION FOR THE HISTORICAL VILLAGE - they are holding a Village Fete and Live Day. A couple of hours help would be appreciated
HELP WITH THE SHELTER BOX DISPLAY
PROMOTING ROTARY WITH OTHER ROTARIANS IN THE PAKURANGA MARQUEE
Ian Rodger of the Half Moon Bay Club has about 10-15 helpers, Pakuranga Rotary club has a number and so does the Somerville Club. Our club is hoping for about 10 helpers
Once we are clear on who can help a roster will be prepared outlining the specific duties
