Howick Volunteer Coastguard President Blair Telfer presented a special recognition award to President Rob Mouncey of Howick Rotary at the recent Thank You BBQ for "outstanding support to the Howick Volunteer Coastguard in the commissioning of the new tractor in December 2024".
